Service of substandard quality
The experience with the firm I selected as my solicitor for a house purchase in July 2021 turned into an awful experience for me. They consistently exhibited delayed responses, a lack of information, and a failure to provide clarification when I sought it. Despite my efforts to reach out, I did not receive a timely response from them. When I attempted to contact their office by phone, my calls went unanswered. It appeared that Lisa, the solicitor handling my case, may have become frustrated with my inquiry emails, as she eventually requested that I refrain from calling her and only communicate via email.
In the end, I had no choice but to terminate my engagement with this firm and engage the services of another solicitor to continue the process. When I requested a refund, even their response to that request was delayed. This level of unprofessionalism was truly disappointing and left much to be desired in terms of the service provided.
