Unfortunately the speed of their case delivery is nowhere near the efficiency of their monthly client billing process. They are slow, inefficient, but expensive.

SA has many years of experience and was broadly helpful through the process but her experience was outdated and she made some very costly errors including errors in forms submitted which ended up extending the process and costing a LOT more in time, stress and cost. SA did not advise me well of all the latest processes for digital communication with the courts which I believe also extended the process and increased cost. I DO NOT recommend SA or Austin Kemp - total cost result was 2-3 times national average. Recommend to seek a more modern solution such as Amicable, Divorce Surgery or consider the forthcoming www.separatespace.co.uk once live

I went to this solicitor I paid £300 then he said £1000 deposit he said I might get it back earlier. After I received a letter I had to sort it out myself he only sent 1 letter and he asked for another £1080 which was for one letter. I called them and complained saying it’s too expensive then I received another letter asking for another £900 stating some of the fee was for the phone call which I complained about the price! -mr Farouq.

Austin Kemp provided me with a divorce and consent package at Great value, Emma Clowes was my contact, Emma was very prompt in dealing with my situation and contacting all relevant parties. I really had to do nothing apart from pay the small fees, fill in some small documents and before I knew it I was divorced. A great service, thank you Emma and Austin Kemp.

Received consultation with SA. Level of expertise and knowledge poor, referring to what can be done if I were married. Not helpful when I am not.

Went through my divorce process with this firm. I feel I had an extremely traumatic process dealing with this firm. I feel it was truly shocking. I am now in the process of taking this matter further. Please avoid!!

Basic instruction, negotiate a financial agreement, Decree Nisi already granted. Quote £1500-3500. Strung it out for nearly 2 years, achieved nothing but tried to bill over £12,000. Sacked them and did the job myself, agreement reached after two letters. They changed from a good well established firm into nothing but a billing machine when ownership changed in 2017. Have taken them to the Legal Ombudsman. The Solicitor repeatedly asked for the same information, didn’t take direct instruction just kept billing for pointless and in effective work. Take my advice DO NOT TOUCH THIS SCAM ORGANISATION WITH A BARGE POLE.

if you want a divorce do not go here. they will take minimum of 2 years or more, for basic divorce
