I have had the help of Luwam Bahta for a medical negligence and their help has been efficient, clear and helpful. They have dealt with everything in a timely manner with really clear and effective communication.

Excellent Service
I had tried other sources and had no result.
When I was on the Internet this firm was advertised so I rang for more information as I didn't know how to proceed.
Luwam answered and was very kind, patient, understanding and helped me with a very personal case which I feel needs justifying after a very bad experience.
She explained to me every step of the way how the procedure worked, answering questions when completing forms and also has consistantly updated me as the claim moved forward.

Claim for negligence
Sharon faulkner has been a great help in making this claim, she explained everthing in a way which was easy to understand. I have found her to be friendly , efficient and understanding. I would say she is a great tto your company and would recommend her to anyone in need of sound advice.

Great Customer Service
I am still in the process with Slater Gawne however Sabah Ahmed has been nothing but amazing and helpful. She is a credit to the company and I couldn’t have asked for a more smooth and easy process, she has made everything that less painful and less traumatic re-living experiences.

Exactly what I expected from the service they provide and a bonus that the lady that dealt with our claim was very polite and responded to any questions promptly. informative from start of our claim and are continting to be throughout. 5 star service
