This was a lengthy legal dispute which potentially could have been quicker but was made long and difficult by the other party. Throughout Ozon guided and supported us and gave us information that we required. They were clear and very professional at all times.
In the end they achieved a very positive result for us and we are very grateful.

Dean and the team at Ozon are highly skilled and professional and it was very reassuring to have their assistance to recover damages after a car crashed into our home. Navigating the many obstacles put in our way, and bringing matters to a succesful conclusion.

Client care was a high priority for them, and it was helpful to know any queries I had would be handled efficiently. I would highly recommend Ozon, and am very grateful for their efforts and kind consideration

Insurance claim dispute

Congratulations for the excellent and successful service received from OZON Solicitors and Davide Danielle in enforcing the pay-out by reluctant insurers of a car that knocked down my front garden wall. Davide Danielle accurately assessed our chances of winning on a 'no win: no fee' basis, so the cost to me was minimal, and he stuck with our claim until the other side was compelled to negotiate a settlement out of court. The ideal result.
