Karen was amazing, supportive, effective and efficient in everything she did. She managed to do the impossible by having my fiancé’s innocence proved without having to be extradited.
My fiance was due to be extradited because of an EU accusation warrant, However was unable to go forward with the extradition because of his pending asylum. Karen, managed to have his case closed and him being acquitted after several attempts of communication with the courts in Belgium. She is truly amazing.

Karen was the centre point between myself and my barrister to ensure we were aligned and in the best possible position throughout the process of my criminal case. She built a strong relationship with myself and my barrister that will hopefully continue beyond this case.
At the right moments she provided impactful insights into what I could expect and added crucial 1% detail that could be deployed.
Karens’s administrative and communication skills are to a high standard and were pivotal in my case, because a great deal of correspondence was required to the police and crown prosecution service.
Ultimately what separates Karen from other solicitors I have instructed in the past is that her passion and single mindedness about the outcome is second to none. Her fairness , drive and determination to reach that outcome instilled a confidence in me and my family that all that could be done was being done.
Overall Karen provided an outstanding service and she was pivotal in my acquittal.

I am using Mrs Todner's services for the second time. I Had absolutely no doubts who I would like to chose to be my lawyer when I found out that I am going to need to be represented in Court. Karen is always professional but at the same time approachable, She always goes an extra mile to help ,always very involved and on top of all maters, very organised, knowledgeable and skilled and have endless levels of empathy and listening skills because She is the one that does care. I am sincerely grateful to be privileged to meat such a extraordinarily good lawyer and wonderful person on the path of life I am going through right now.

I instructed Karen because I knew of her work within the sector of ASD and Young Persons with vulnerabilities. Karen seeks to highlight injustice and fights for those who need support. Karen knows that our system is broken, so she understands the navigational pathways to seek the best outcomes. Karen also needs to be praised for her patience when working with traumatised and stubborn mothers who have lost all trust and faith in the broken system. I will continue to recommend her.

Karen took on our case so quickly and was incredibly kind offering timely and expert support to us all as we supported an autistic loved one in the CJS.
As is so often the case with autistic people there are so many barriers within the CJS. Karen helped us navigate around the proceedings seamlessly and with a calm and professional manner. She answered all our questions at all hours, even when she was on holiday. She never gave up on helping us secure excellent outcomes. Karen is incredibly professional and also evidently cares about autistic people. We are so so so lucky to have had her wonderful support. Karen is a truly exceptional solicitor. She took my case on and dealt with it from the beginning to the end. I always had complete faith in her abilities through a very traumatic time for me.
