I've used Dee & Griffin recently both for the purchase of a freehold property and for the sale of a leasehold. They give you a clear outline of their fees from the start so there are no unwelcome surprises. Leaseholds are a nightmare but D&G did a great job in carrying the extended process to a successful conclusion. They are better at overcoming obstacles than causing them.
I would certainly use them again.

We are delighted with the service we received from Leah, Chelsea and the team with Mum’s recent house sale and purchase. They were very proactive and thorough, always quick to respond, and incredibly patient with our many questions throughout the process. They were recommended by The Property Centre on a ‘no sale no fee’ basis for extra peace of mind, and they made the stress of buying and selling go as smoothly as possible. I chose Dee & Griffin to remove my tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Solicitor appointed to myself was Emily Leadbeater and I cannot state how brilliant she was. Emily was so professional in the way she collated every bit of information over the weeks prior to the court date. Emily was well worth her fee and she went over and above what was required. I won my court case on the first hearing due to her hard work.

We used Kelly for the sale of my late fathers house. From start to finish Kelly was absolutely brilliant. She made such a difficult process for us so stress free, we can’t thank her enough.
Any obstacles she handled for us in such a professional manner, making the whole experience worry free.

It was recommended by the estate agent to use Dee and Griffin in selling my house. Unfortunately, Julian kept ignoring the request from the buyer’s solicitor to do the deed of variation and caused long delay in the house completion. I had tried to ring to chase 2 times, staff promised to ring me back but never did. So frustrated!!!!! Due to the long delay, the final legal fee was shockingly high!

I was apprehensive about my home buying process but the team at Dee and Griffin, namely: Vicki, Rachel and Julian were professional, patient and proactive. You hear horror stories of solicitors who do not communicate, lengthen the process etc. This team are in a league of their own and made this process so smooth for me. Painfully slow

My experience of Dee and Griffin was through selling our home in Cheltenham and then moving to Cambridgeshire.
I appreciate they are very busy but not only were they painfully slow, the communication was virtually non existant. Telephone calls and e mails were too much effort for constructive replies.
Jargonistic language which came across as patronising did not help. If they were unable to manage the work load then say so, rather than make excuses. Apparently they have frequent problems with their computers!!
