A Leading Solicitor You Can Trust

Rhiannon was a constant professional throughout our lengthy and complicated conveyancing process, having to manage both our constant questions and concerns, but also an incredibly difficult solicitor representing the clients purchasing our property. Throughout this process, she provided timely advice on a wide range of subject matters, simplified complicated aspects for our consumption, and went beyond our expectations to ensure satisfactory completion. All this whilst also delivering a human and compassionate touch to her work. I cannot recommend Rhiannon enough to prospective clients – you will receive the highest professional standards.

Property Sale

As ever Lodders did a great job for us with our recent property sale (and an earlier purchase). Due to unforeseen circumstances Rhiannon had to pick up the file and complete the work on the sale for us. When she did so she was away from the office on holiday but spent quite some time working on the issues which had arisen and gave us very clear and helpful advice. With her help we were able to resolve a particularly knotty outstanding issue and get the sale over the line for which we are immensely grateful. Rhiannon epitomises the very high professional standards that Lodders sets in dealing with its clients. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending that other clients use Lodders for their property sales and purchases.

Sale and purchase November 2023

We sold a listed property and purchased a 300 year old property, both quite unique, and couldn't have been happier with Rhiannon representing us. She expertly guided us through the process, explaining everything we needed to know and I'm quite sure we wouldn't have achieved exchange and completion when we did without her support. We would highly recommend.

Thoughtful consideration to decision making when liaising with all aspects of a transaction. Rhiannon and the team at Lodders work and understand each others roles seamlessly. Efficient in putting up red flags and communicating timescales in plain English. Appointing Rhiannon for our next purchase was instinctive.

Super fast and efficient service... friendly too!

Could not have asked for more from Rhiannon and her team in completing my transaction in record breaking time despite various title and planning complications. From the very start of the matter they went about it determined to deliver completion on time and nothing was too difficult or much for them. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Sale of house and purchase of apartment in managed complex

Rhiannon managed the end to end conveyancing of the sale of my father’s house and the purchase of an apartment in a managed complex for him. The transaction became tricky when the timing of his move had to be brought forward and Rhiannon structured an interim short term lease to allow him to move into the apartment ahead of completion on the sale of his house.

Rhiannon was professional, timely, accurate and above all a very nice person to work with. Thoroughly recommended.

A grade 2 probate purchase

We decided to purchase a grade 2 listed thatched cottage that was on the market for the first time in decades and being sold via probate for our first house purchase. Needless to say it turned out to be rather complicated. Rhiannon guided us through all the tricky enquiries and was professional and assertive with the estate agents when they started fretting. We felt that we were in good hands throughout the entire process and it was clear that she really valued us as clients, making sure that we were fully informed all along the way. We're hoping to stay in this house for many years but when we do move we will certainly be looking her up again. In the meantime I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Sale and purchase of listed buildings in run up to end of SDLT rebate ending

Rhiannon managed our rather complex sale of an old grade 2 listed farmhouse plus purchase of a listed townhouse. The chain proved very challenging in the run up to the SDLT rebate window ending and her skilful management and cool headed advice was invaluable. Throughout Rhiannon and her colleagues were easy to contact and replied promptly to queries both from us and others in the chain. Very highly recommended!

Terrific

Rhiannon Edwards from Lodders recently helped us with the purchase of a property outside Gloucester and I could not recommend her more highly.

She was extremely attentive through our transaction but also made herself available for advice on the sale of our house which wasn’t directly linked to our purchase - that was greatly appreciated

If you want expertise on your side and a conveyancer who will take a personal interest in helping you through one of the most stressful things you can go through, look no further than Lodders and Rhiannon Edwards

A huge thank you from the entire Doodson family
