Slow, costly and total ineffective

CCH were engaged to evict a tenant and recover my losses.
Their charges exceeded monies recovered, they did not follow my instructions and after 5 years of complaints they only accepted that their service was not up to standard after the matter was handled by the legal ombudsman.
