The remarkable achievement of a 5-year visitor visa.


My husband and I are immensely grateful to Burney Legal for securing us a 5-year long-term visitor visa to the UK. In 2018, our initial visa applications were unfortunately refused. Through the guidance of our son, Afzal Pervez who is based in UK, we sought the assistance of Burney Legal.

Mr. Fahad and his exceptional team diligently worked on our case, successfully navigating the challenges and ultimately securing us a 6-month visitor visa. This initial success paved the way for a subsequent 2-year visa, and now, the remarkable achievement of a 5-year visa.

We deeply appreciate the unwavering support and expertise of Mr. Fahad and the entire Burney Legal team. Their dedication and professionalism have been instrumental in making our dreams of extended stays in the UK a reality. I got in touch with Burney legal from my ILR last year and this year Mr Akbar helped me with my citizenship application, and I want to start with a massive thankyou to Akbar at Burney legal for not only assisting me but ensuring my application was completed smoothly at every stage of the process. Once again Burney legal team (specifically Sadia Ahmed) done their magic. My wife got here spouse residency card. Please don’t go anywhere else just come to this law firm. I never met anyone in Burney legal team because I am based in Scotland but I trust this firm and they gave me fantastic legal advice about my kids British nationality my wife spouse visa. Since 2020 I am dealing with Sadia Ahmed. She is a brilliant solicitor very helpful. Big thanks to mr Fahad once again. Thank you guys and it’s pleasure doing business with you.
