Many thanks to Chantelle Bradley at the Shoeburyness office for her advice. Chantelle supplied sound and clear advice for an issue which has been concerning me since September 2022. It was refreshing to find someone who was willing to meet with me face-to-face, which for me is by far preferable to a telephone appointment. Chantelle's written response to the initial queries was prompt. She also went on to answer several further questions in detail. All of this was done in a way that made the advice easy to understand. Chantelle is extremely
professional yet managed to put me at ease immediately; her manner is friendly and she is very approachable. Chantelle's office is quite a distance from my home but the experience has made the travelling out of my local area worthwhile. I would not hesitate to travel the same distance in the future, should I require her services again. The office staff, at both the Shoeburyness
office and the Chelmsford office, were welcoming and helpful.

Carly Dartnell has dealt ith both my parents probate. She is a pleasure to work with, communicates succinctly in plain english, often returning emails the next working day. She overcame the difficulies from other parties who were obstructing the process swiftly and effectively. Once complete, paperwork was sent to court and on return instantly communicated to me.

Having been in late 2021 bequeathed an inheritance l of course needed to write a will of my own, l chose THB in the same close area as myself, l have never had to use the services of one previously, therefore it was all a new experience to me. I met with a pleasant lass named Carley Dartnell. Initially just for the will writing. This was completed and then we went further with ‘Power of attorney’ for both health and finance, this has all been completed perfectly, Carley seeing us through all this with confidence and professionalism, also during this past year if 2022 l entered into purchasing my social housing home, this was also completed with my utmost confidence in the other solicitor l had to use a Mr Jeremy Monod , in the same offices of THB in Shoeburyness Essex, finally, when walking through the entrance it isnt forboding when you’re met by a young lady on reception who again is very pleasant . So! All in all , though a worrying time for someone not at all used to dealings of these kinds, the experience was made so much easier for not just myself but my family members too, THB in Shoeburyness l cannot praise them enough.
