Poor Communication & Lack of Updates

The communication from this team has been extremely disappointing—virtually nonexistent. I’ve been in the process of purchasing a property since February and have only received one update, and that was after I chased them for it.
They use the Move Me In app, but my assigned team (MPH - Molly) doesn’t bother updating it, making it completely useless. Buying a property is already a stressful process, and they should be more mindful of that.
I really hope everything gets finalized successfully, but I would definitely not use their services again.
