I have used both the Conveyancing Solicitor Charlie and the Probate Solicitor Charlotte. Both have been excellent from start to finish. The house sale went very smoothly, Charlie kept me well
Informed and the whole process was very efficient.
Charlotte handled the Probate, the service was great making a difficult time easier. Would highly recommend both services. Thank you Charlie & Charlotte and the WWS team!

Leasehold Sale & Freehold Purchase

Francesca and the team recently handled my leasehold sale and freehold purchase. From instruction to completion, I was kept up to date every step of the way and all of my emails were promptly replied to. If needed, it was no trouble to hop on a call with me either.

I was impressed with the level of detail on the enquiries on my purchase, specifically around challenging the sellers side on some inaccurate information that was not obviously inaccurate at surface level, showing Francesca's attention to detail.

The pricing is very competitive, especially in comparison to the service received.

I would have no doubts in recommending WW&S to others, and will use them for all my conveyancing needs in the future.

Purchasing a Leasehold Flat

I chose Wenborne Weller & Spooner Limited based on my estate agent's recommendation. Despite being based in Cardiff and unable to visit the office in person, I received a very personalised service.

Francesca Weller was my solicitor and was very thorough throughout. There were complex issues with the sale, but Francesca kept me updated regularly via email and phone calls when I requested. She went above and beyond to resolve any issues, explained everything in detail, and kept me informed about potential additional costs.

I would highly recommend Wenborne Weller & Spooner Limited for their professionalism and thorough service.
