AVOID AT ALL COST

One of the worst solicitors you will come across. Had to deal with Sood, Dhanuri and Sumair
Lack of knowledge and overcharged me SDLT, had to send them link to show them real SDLT calculation.
They all don’t care about clients, had to keep chasing them for my conveyancing work and lack of timely response, I ended up giving up. Not only that, they will charge extraordinary fees without informing you upfront. I am currently in the process of getting those fees refunded but they have once again stopped responding
Will have to take legal action against them as they think being a law firm they are immune from any claims.

Excellent Service

I have worked with Manesha on nearly £3m of acquisitions for our BTL portfolio over the last 8 years and I must say her service, her availability and flexibility have been very helpful for our business.

I'd recommend her to landlords and developers with the need for speed and and a pragmatic approach.

Terrible Experience Unprofessional Service

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Their communication is non-existent, which is a massive waste of time. Despite numerous requests, they never bothered to reply, displaying a level of unprofessionalism that's truly frustrating. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent service

We used Sumair Iqbal from MetroLaw for our new house purchase after poor service from another large firm.

From start to finish, Sumair was very helpful, always accepted calls and replied to emails promptly.

Excellent service and highly recommended.

Regards,

Matt
