8-15weeks to sell

6 months and it's a catastrophic failure. The worst professional negligence I've ever experienced. The solicitor was not proficient/kept up to date with the new Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 consequestration she did not know what she was doing. She was asking me to go between the management company and like an idiot, I was! She was asking me for emails. I basically was at my desk for the last full 3 months. She didn't even try. I've now lost my sale. I'm disabled, I don't work, I'm depressed. I asked the practice to put the sale through for me with another professional and they said "No." It's beyond my comprehension.

Family law child arrangement order

I highly recommend this firm—they were outstanding from start to finish. Sam Lynch initially guided me through the process brilliantly, setting a strong foundation for my case. Tim Bowles then took over for all my hearings, and he did an amazing job representing me, even under challenging circumstances. His professionalism and expertise were clear in every step.

I’d like to extend a special thank you to Kirsty Hunter, who has been incredibly supportive throughout this stressful period. Kirsty consistently went above and beyond, offering genuine understanding and never judging, even during my most difficult moments. She made this experience a little less overwhelming with her dedication and empathy.

The entire team was exceptional, and I couldn’t have asked for better support during such a critical time. Thank you, Sam, Tim, and Kirsty—you were outstanding

Samantha Lynch was so kind

Samantha Lynch was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable during our meeting she gave better advice and more reassurance than my other solicitors had given during my entire court case. Highly recommended and I will contact her again if I need representation in the future.

Hattens Solicitors was recommended to me from Changing Pathways and from first contact I had total confidence in Sam Lynch and Claire Crooks. They were so kind and supported me through every step of the difficult and painful process of court cases and divorce following domestic abuse.
I really valued their wisdom, experience and professionalism and I am so grateful for their guidance and input. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone in similar circumstances.
