Support with vexatious allegation
Thompsons linked me with a local solicitor who handled my interview. The arrangements and communications were highly efficient and professional. Not a great experience in itself, facing an allegation, but the support of the firm made it as good as it could be.

Inquest representation
Following a long and difficult investigation into a Death in Custody the Team at Thompsons (Keith Sheppard & Libby Anderson) were absolutely brilliant. From the moment a person of interest was identified they were available, knowledgeable, professional and understanding towards all aspects of the case. Any death in custody is difficult but this case had extra complications that were handled expertly from start to finish.

Required at short notice!
The speed at which Thompsons worked to represent me at such short notice was extremely impressive. Zack was exemplary and explained everything beforehand succinctly. I couldn’t have asked for more from a very smart outfit.

Police investigation
I didn't choose Thompsons myself it was actually my Union, however they couldn't made a better choice. The response and help was quick, professional and very helpful. They were very much involved, explained the whole process and possible outcomes very clearly. The outcome of my case was obviously resolved in the best positive way.

Had a very challenging coroners inquest, Keith Sheppard my solicitor has been fantastic. My barrister Laura who accompanied me and represented me in court was second to none. Could not thank either of them enough

Wonderful
Though I contacted Thompsons in the very last minute everything was put in place almost immediately. Since I am new to the country and having never been in a police station before I was very unaware of the legal procedures, but the solicitors guided me through out and ensured I felt comfortable through out. My solicitor was very reassuring and helped me decide on the right approach to close and clear my name. Highly recommend.
