Armstrong Family Law believes the role of a family solicitor is to give clients the best possible advice so that they can then decide what direction to take. Armstrong Family Law strongly promotes the importance of reaching an agreement whenever possible, but also recognises the need for some clients to use the Family Court to resolve their disputes. Armstrong Family Law does not believe in a one size fits all approach and instead provides bespoke advice after discussing the circumstances at length with clients so that a decision can be made by the clients about how they would like to try to resolve matters, using constructive negotiation, collaborative law, mediation , arbitration, or through the Family Court.
