Jane Cox and Jenny Boniface were absolutely superb.
From my first phone call with Jane, I knew I was in good hands, every email I sent was answered promptly and always with concise information and advice.
Jane is really fabulous, her professionalism and knowledge is second to none.
Jenny is truly wonderful, when Jane was on Annual Leave, Jenny the completions lady looked after me and was a fantastic help, chasing my buyers solicitor and always getting straight back to me with a really lovely friendly manner.
Even on my day of completion when I found out the property had been left without electricity, Jenny put me straight through to Jane, who as she has done throughout the whole process, looked after me and was on the end of the phone.
I strongly recommend this company if you want old fashioned service with a great friendly team of professionals, then choose Dyer and Crowe this is the second time I have used them and they won’t let you down, honest and reliable and simply the best.

Sale of London flat with rather difficult buyers whose solicitors were asking repeated enquires, which caused the process to elongate unduly. Dyer & Crowe dealt with all issues and got exchange and completion is good order.

Thank you so much to Tracy, Jenny and Alina for helping me through a simultaneous buying and selling process. It was my first time going through the process and they explained everything so well to me and really put my best interests first - even when I didn't know what they were! They also handled an unkind person in the chain extremely well and professionally. I honestly would have given up on purchasing the property months ago if I had to do it alone so thanks to Dyer and Crowe I didn't give up and now have my dream property.

We moved house this summer from Chelmsford to Derbyshire. Tracy and the team at Dyer and Crowe worked hard to make the process smooth despite a percieved lack of communication and helpfulness from the Derbyshire end. The only slight issue was that our phonecalls weren't always answered although emails were.
Face to face, Tracy really put our minds at rest when things seemed to have come to a standstill. Thank you.

I was recommended Dyer and Crowe for a house sale and purchase and I'm so glad we went with them. Originally we started with solicitors recommended by the estate agents, but with them everything was online, very impersonal yet pressured, so we quickly moved to D&C. The paperwork was straightforward and clear (unlike the previous solicitor), they kept us informed, everything was done in a timely manner, they were available for any queries/advice, always pleasant and helpful...... and also reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending D&C.

No issues with the work carried out by the firm. Unfortunately, just a serious lack of communication. Expect 2-3 business days for a reply to any questions you have for them. Even in time sensitive situations, extremely hard to get through on the phone.
