Property Purchase Conveyancing

We instructed Rainer Hughes for the purchase of a property. Rehana, one of the partners, took care of our conveyancing.

Both the firm in general, and Rehana in particular, were superb throughout - thoroughly professional, always kept us informed, and looked after our interests throughout. We had quite a tight schedule to complete, which she accomodated took her stride, and worked to ensure that completion happened as required.

We will most definitely be using their services in the future, and thoroughly recommend the firm.

Conveyancing Lawyer

Harley and Senjay were exceptional in both knowledge and service. If I ever have any need for an Conveyancing lawyer again, I will without hesitation call upon them once more. Harley’s advice and approach bought clarity and calmness to a complex and stressful situation. Thanks to them my situation was resolved.

Professional, clear, and responsive.

Senay was recommended to me by some friends who had recently purchased a property and had used her services. They insisted I reach out to her and I am very pleased I did. Senay was incredibly professional and highly responsive, providing clear information on fees from the very start and keeping me well informed throughout the entire process. Whilst Senay led on the sale of our property, she was closely assisted by her extended team of Paralegals at Rainer Hughes, all of whom kept Senay included in all communications. Once the Thirdford checks were carried out and the initial paperwork completed, Senay and the team pretty much lead the way thereafter. I won’t have any hesitation working with Senay again nor recommending her for any conveyancing needs.

Amazing Solicitors!!

Rainer Hughes is the best solicitors you could ask for. Unlike many other firms, they are extremely professional, very prompt at addressing things, extremely on top of it in terms of pushing things forward and very organised. I was really very impressed with them when we bought our house and again when we sold it. We had Senay Talat this past time we hired Rainer Hughes and she was amazing. Extremely professional and reliable. Can't speak highly enough of them and I thank them all for the work they've done for us. Will be using them again in the future.

Sale of Rental Property

We instructed Rainer Hughes for the sale of our rental property, and Rehana and the practice assistants have been excellent throughout the whole process. They were prompt to come back, when returning telephone calls and always kept me updated throughout the sale.
Nothing was too much trouble and a complicated buyer, was handled professionally and with ease.

We will definitely be using their services again, when we sell our family home. I cannot recommend them enough.

After experiencing some very bad conveyancing solicitors, we finally found Rainer Hughes who we have now used for several auction property purchases. Their level of service has been impeccable and we can't recommend them enough. Thank you especially to Rehana for her outstanding speed and efficiency!

Having completed on the sale of our flat, I can highly recommend using the Solicitor, Mrs Rehana Maka from Rainer Hughes.
Her attention to detail was excellent and she was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. She always responded very promptly when I called or emailed her. I would also like to thank Pavneet Johal, as she was of great assistance as well throughout the process.
Many thanks and will definitely be using their services again.
