Terrible law firm avoid at all costs
I have had the worst experience possible with this 'law' firm. They are by far the worst law firm in Scotland on every level. They have run up a staggering bill of over £68,000.00 to settle my mothers estate that had already been 80% settled by a prior executor who sadly had to retire. After three years my mothers estate has still not been settled and Murray Beith Murray have helped themselves to a huge amount of her money. The communication has been awful and I believe them to have over charged as they refuse to supply time statements simply rounding up their hours. I would advise anyone looking for legal services to avoid this company at all costs. There are many good trust worthy law firms in Edinburgh and throughout Scotland but definately not my drawn out experience with this one. In particular Mr Andrew Paterson a partner in the firm. I have had to make an official complaint to the Scottish law society it has been that bad an experience.
