Rude and arrogant staff who think they are above the rules and regulations.
Terrible service and arrogant staff who do not know what they should be doing. Took weeks to deal with a simple matter as it was apparently too complicated. When they did their response was factually inaccurate (they clearly hadn't bothered to actually read what was sent to them) extremely biased, made false allegations, was legally incorrect (yet was stated as fact) and contradicted itself. When I tried to speak to the person dealing with it about complaining they were completely arrogant and rude, repeatedly refused to provide the contact details of the partner in charge of complaints (an SRA requirement) and stated that they could handle their own complaints (a further breach of SRA requirements). Their employees are clearly use to bullying people believing they will submit to whatever false claims they make. I will not suffer this and will be taking the matter further.
