Communicative, calm and painless buying experience

We have just completed on a property purchase with Urquharts and have now used the firm on several occasions. The experience is very consistent - minimal work and fuss for the client, thorough and detailed work and excellent communication. Gillian Black and Claire Grierson have once again been terrific - at this point, we wouldn't use any other firm and would warmly recommend them to anyone considering their services.
