Do not consider any help from this firm. They will ruin your case and appeal (if you do a mistake and continue with them). They lack the basic level of experience and will do nothing. You better represent yourself! Because of the lack of experience, they will allocate a different lawyer for your (from a firm called Nexus Chambers) who are way much worse than them. Do not consider both firms under any circumstances.
