Had to deal with three different solicitors,none were at my local office ,this lead to duplicated paperwork and mistakes. This cost me and my ex a LOT more than it should have done.

In fact, our staff commented that you were a delight to deal with. You initially approached our sister firm with regard to your divorce and were informed they referred all Family Law matters to Elaine Parkes Solicitors. Should clients who are not located close to our offices feel more comfortable discussing matters directly with their solicitors, we offer video meetings and telephone conferences. We note that the total fees paid by you in respect of this matter were within the estimate provided to you in our letter of 10 June 2021, prior to you formally instructing this firm. Felt the solicitors did not know what /or how to deal with my issue at the beginning. Took them a while to sort this out and then left me waiting to find out from my finiancial adviser what the next step to make was which had delayed the receipt of my court order. They hadincorrectly named me on several occassions in documents.

I approached Elaine Parkes Solicitors for advice on seeking a divorce and have been reassured by the knowledge and support the teams breath of experience has offered. Elaine and her team are swift to objectivly give realistic guidance. This includes giving instant attention to safe guarding, this being especially reassuring when feeling vulnerable.
A patient, sensitive, insightful and conciliatory approach has paced the progress of my divorce enabling thoroughness hence raising my confidence for a reasonable outcome for myself and my children.
I feel Elaine has been free to allocate personalised time to the demanding needs of my particular divorce. Referral to include other professionals to add strength and thoroughness to the process has proven vital.
Elaine also practices encouraging sensitivity when considering the emotive subject of my complicated children’s needs.
I would highly recommend Elaine Parkes Solicitors.
