Excelled in preparing my Will

I had prepared a version of my Will myself which it turned out would not have been legally binding and would have gifted my estate to my estranged family which was the last thing I wanted.
My lawyer at Hart Reade, Faye Harlow Smith, expertly guided me through how to structure my Will to cover my wishes ensuring that those who I wish to benefit do so.
I have particular sensitivities and Faye was kind and respectful all the way through. I really felt at the end of the process a high degree of satisfaction and peace of mind that my Will is now in place. Thank you to Faye, Carla and the Hart Reade team

Proactive, calm and professional

Our seller was buying a new build with the benefit of a 'smooth move package' which included a recommended conveyancer. Their recommended lawyer was slow and unresponsive and took weeks to issue the documentation. Clearly the 'smooth move' agent could not get any response from their recommended lawyer so constantly chased us, the selling agent and Helen. Helen was proactive in chasing this matter whilst calmly and professionally dealing with these problems

Fantastic friendly service

From the moment we were introduced to Laura we knew our fathers estate would be in safe hands. Laura kept us up to date with the probate application and any other matters as and when needed. She is efficient, professional, friendly, helpful, caring and understanding. I would have no problem in choosing Laura again if the need arises. First class service.

Helen provided a first class service. This was the best conveyancing experience I have ever had from start to finish. Helen immediately answered my emails, and if a query arose she would email the other side, and again immediately forward a copy of the same to me. Cannot speak more highly enough of Helen, nothing was ever too much trouble. She made what could have been a stressful event pretty much a breeze. I would definitely instruct Helen again and would recommend her to family and friends. Thank you so much for all your help regarding this matter.

I tried to avail myself of the free 30 min consultation. The receptionist was very helpful. Three times she tried to get someone to call me but no-one called so I gave up. On this basis I would not be inclined to use their services.
