Highly recommend Emin Read and Vanessa Stroud!
We were first time buyers so we didn't really know what to expect when buying our first flat. We were recommended to Emin Read, specifically Vanessa, by friends who had previously worked with Vanessa for their purchases. It is safe to say that Vanessa did not disappoint, keeping us up to date with any updates that happened throughout the process and always answering any questions we had about the process. The work was thorough and Vanessa was very approachable. What made it all the better is that we were hoping to complete before the stamp duty change, which Vanessa made possible through hard work and making sure things were done promptly and on time -- we never had to chase for anything.
