Butters David Gray supported me through my divorce settlement and house sale. They were professional and helpful throughout. Answered all of my questions, making me feel comfortable and well advised. Dealt very well with difficult emails on my behalf. Also guided me through court proceedings. Eventually helped an out of court settlement which was very useful. A special mention to Catherine Taylor, she is an absolute legend. Thank you!

What a wonderful experience dealing with Ilian Granville. Patient, thorough and a credit to his firm and profession. Being non resident buyers we were extremely nervous going into our property purchase. All fears were allayed when we started working with Ilian - put our minds completely at ease - was transparent in his approach and got the job done under extremely tight timelines!

Davina never failed to answer calls and Emails, personally, and acted on our requests with understanding to bring the transaction to a successful conclusion. Davina and her team were always courteous and helpful throughout the whole process.

If you ever have the opportunity to employ the services of these guys then do so and count yourself lucky if you get Ilian Granville working your case.
No matter what the task and what ever concerns or questions I had Ilian took care of it. The level of service he and the company went to to ensure I was looked after was above and beyond!
The handled my case with professionalism and at no point did I lose faith in Ilian or his advice and his personal touch of never failing to answer the phone or respond to my emails gave me constant faith in his work.
I would have no concerns in recommending Ilian and Butters David Grey to anyone and would certainly if needed use them again.

Avoid - much better options around. Prior customer, live overseas. Had lined up BDG to do the legals on a property I was selling. Contacted them when I had a buyer, they did not respond to my email. Called them up (inconvenient given my timezone), the receptionist (who refused to provide her name for "security issues" - what???) acknowledged they had my email but it hadn't been dealt with ("they were busy"), promised a response within 24 hours. I emphasised I just need a response - could they act for me or not? Never heard anything from them again. So unprofessional. Approached another local firm (Funnell & Perring) and within 30 minutes had an emailed proposal to act - super efficient.
