Dont get Barwells to write your loved ones Will
PLEASE not allow your loves to use these to write a will stating they were the executors. Then uses this fact to charge high amounts. They also have no capacity to even add up percentages on a will, constant issues with wrong names & addresses being written to and on their system. Wanting us to pay a bill they forgotten about 2 years after the estate was settled and 3 years after I gave them the bill.
They refused to pay a local funeral director using the estate money, lied saying later it had been paid. But it took 30 calls and emails from myself for them to pay months later.
Lost bank accounts/money that has happened to not just me. Everytime we brought up Anna and Tims failings and corrected this, they charged the Estate..when we were promised money back from fees....this did not happen.
Dont believe anything this Mickey Mouse team of Solicitors and Legal assistants say because they do not act in beast interests of anyone but themselves
