This is the third time that we have used Dafydd. This time it was for the sale of my Mother in Laws property in Leicester. Dafydd was very professional and went through all the documents with my Mother in Law and myself and explained the process. All the costs were emailed at the beginning.
We were kept updated through the process. The whole sale was completed in eight weeks and that included a 2 week break for Christmas, which we thought was excellent.
The final invoice was was the same, as what we were told it would be at the beginning. Good value.
Would high recommend Dafydd.

We used George Davies and Evans for the sale of my Mother in law 's property. Dafydd dealt with the conveyancing and the sale went through in 8 weeks. This included a 2 week break for Christmas. Dafydd was very professional, kept us updated and explained everything. Would highly recommend.

I have bought and sold several houses over the years. Always a long drawn out process.
Not with this firm. No messing around. Particularly pleased with the quick and detailed responses to any enquiries. Updated fully as the conveyance progressed. Good advice given.

I recently utilised the services of GD&E for the sale of my property and the subsequent purchase of a new one. I chose GD&E based on the positive recommendations of friends who had previously used their services.
Throughout the process, I was consistently kept informed of the progress of both transactions. The solicitor handling my sale and purchase was prompt in responding to my emails and was also available for telephone conversations when necessary.
Due to personal and work-related circumstances, I required a solicitor who would proactively manage both the sale and purchase. I am confident that without the efforts of GD&E, I would not have been able to successfully sell my property or move into my new home.
As soon as I committed to using their services, GD&E provided me with all the necessary documents. They were diligent in raising any necessary inquiries and responded promptly to my queries. I always had a clear understanding of the status of both transactions, as they kept me regularly updated.
GD&E consistently demonstrated a higher level of efficiency compared to the solicitors representing the purchaser and seller in the respective transactions. When it came to the completion and exchange of contracts, GD&E excelled in ensuring that all necessary preparations were made.
