Lisa advised me on a codicil and letter of wishes. She explained them thoroughly and was quick and efficient. She visited me at my home which being elderly was appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lisa and would use her services in future.

Highly Recommended
Lisa oversaw everything for my late uncle's estate. Due to distance, it was difficult for us but Lisa dealt with everything, from registration of the death, house clearance and all his Will, estate affairs.
Lisa was very professional but also friendly, nothing was an issue. Lisa certainly made what was a difficult and emotional time a lot easier.
Cant recommend her enough!

She did Probate for my late Father. I was unsure of what needed doing, but Lisa explained everything.

South West Wills And Probate Ltd have been a pleasure to deal with. For a client with little legal knowledge, I was patiently educated in the most straightforward ways to achieve the outcome which met required legal standards. No pressure, just patient one-to-one information delivered with plenty of time for me to comprehend fully the consequences of my suggestions and decisions.
I was entirely happy with the final outcome and and all this was achieved with home visits.
