I have recently sold my apartment in Dorchester. Alexandra Legg, Conveyancing Paralegal of Sarah Grant Solicitors processed my sale. My mother and I have used Sarah Grant Solicitors for several services including wills and conveyancing. They are without doubt the best legal firm I have used. They kept me informed of progress at all times of the sale and purchase of property, and Brenda�s knowledge and expertise for the conveyancing is in my opinion faultless. I moved this year in 2023 from Weymouth to Dorchester with Sarah Grant Solicitors, South Street. I had a complicated conveyancing request as I had to transfer equity and move from a jointly owned property. Brenda was very efficient and understanding of my situation. Brenda also advised me about the searches and always kept in touch. We are very happy in our new home.

I have returned to Nalu once more for family matters. Kathy has also been a fantastic addition to the team. Kathy keeps me regularly updated and informed of my court application and any delays the courts are experiencing. Kathy and Nalu both helped rectify unforeseen delays due to court code administration errors and this matter was dealt with swiftly. Both Nalu and Kathy go above and beyond, their work ethic and professionalism is outstanding! I am looking forward to the day our family are no longer clients however I always highly recommend their services I wouldn�t want to go anywhere else!
