Money barn redress TMS S CAMMERS
Do it use tms as I did and fell foul to their S c a m. I was owed a n amount and then tms took their chunk and I recieved nothing except a bill for over £900 and they took the whole refund

Brilliant and surprisingly quick turn around.
I seen an advert on social media and decided to go ahead and fill out a form to see if I had a case. Never did I think I'd have actually got money back from an old finance agreement but I did. Was kept fully informed and today received a nice sum of money straight to my account. Pretty fast and very easy to do, would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Firstly i would like to say thank you! For the effort and work put in, you guys did exactly what was offered and agreed to! Please pass on the thanks to all staff thank you again! Those who have left a bad review clearly don't understand what they are agreeing to 45% cut ect! I'm happy with that and the successful outcome. Money has been paid very promptly overall a very easy service to use. I give 4/5 because there is always room for improvement 😉 would recommend and would use again if in need!

Much like others scammed by TMS Legal Ltd Pursuing a claim DO NOT USE!
Ok so it started out with my having been defrauded by Moneybarn over a car which ended up voluntarily handed back a mistake in itself I found out later as fraudulant was caused in this as well so I looked online for details of my rights and up popped TMS legal as claiming against Moneybarn for these kinds of claims however all I got was not being able to contact them, no professionalism or updates unless I went round the houses to get through somehow to someone to get an update and then only to find that the update meant I had to do all the legal casework and win the case myself however even though TMS legal did absolutely nothing they were still due to their agreement allowed to steal essentially now 45% of my money, my compensation I find this quite abhorrent since their extortionately high fees are supposed to be so we can relax and let them do everything not us have them steal even though we had to do all the legwork ourselves the same as if we had simply not contacted TMS legal in the first place! DO NOT TOUCH WITH A TEN FOOT BARGE POLE FILING CRIMINAL CHARGES AND LOOKING TO HAVE THEM DISBARRED!!

fantastic service
When i saw TMS leagals advert i didnt think it was possible a few months later the claim was upheld by money barn and i won the case getting me a refund on my over payment and not having to pay out over £8.000 on the remainder of tge fianance 👍👍👍👍👍👍

I went through tms legal as I had finance with moneybarn I came across tms legal just by chance they was very helpful I didn't expect to get anything from the outcome but I did and was very surprised when I had something come through which has helped me out alot I can't thank them enough if you have had finance with moneybarn please go though tms legal you will come out a winner 👏👏

DONT USE THESE SCAM ARTIST
Had a claim with Vanquis credit card and this company wants to take the whole redress money plus charge me on top of what I won on the claim and leave me owning them money.
SO DON’T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY CLAIM OR YOU WONT GET A THING BACK
