Excellent help and advice. Highly recommend.

A very friendly and professional team. Mark and his team help us make informed decisions and gave us help with areas we hadn't even considered whilst making our wills. Our 'DIY' wills would not have been worth the paper they were printed on and we are so glad we now have proper wills, it gives us peace of mind and worth every penny in our opinion. A BIG 'thank you' to Mark and his team.

Abigail was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly and future issues were addressed. The communication was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Mark Lister was also present and they both made a difficult subject a pleasurable experience with a touch of humour to lighten the subject whilst remaining totally professional. I have highly recommended this practice to family and friends as they have broke the mould of what you’d expect a solicitors appointment to be.

Although our offices are based in South Devon, we provide legal services and bespoke advice to clients both locally and nationally. We work closely with other professional advisors such as accountants and financial advisors to create and implement tax and estate planning solutions designed specifically to meet the needs of our clients. Professional intermediaries are at the centre of much of the planning we undertake for clients as we wish to ensure that the advice we give compliments the advice of your other advisors. We frequently support other law firms and providers of legal services in providing comprehensive tax and estate planning to their clients where they either do not provide such services or feel that specialist knowledge is required. Our business grows by referrals both from our clients and other professionals so if you think that someone you know may benefit from our services and advice, please ask them to contact us.
