Katrina Byrne from KB legal is extremely professional and made the whole process extremely easy to navigate. Spoke to Rebecca, was asked to send in documentation, and then awaited their response. After ten days I rang them again and left a reminder voicemail message that I was still expecting to hear back from them. A week later and they'd still not come back to me.
