Need a medium to make contact

Dealing with them for years but now enough is enough. I asked a lady once if having a baby is so painful why do people repeat the process. She replied you forget how painful it was!
I describe my dealings with Charles Newton as the same. No return of calls, never answers questions satisfactory, no empathy or understanding why you may be annoyed just o name but a few.
I am going to do what I should have done last time. Go somewhere else

I used this firm of solicitors when I bought my house a number of years ago, and again when selling. Gavin is an absolute star, I had absolute faith and trust in him. His colleagues in the office are super helpful, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions I had. The process was made so much easier thanks to Gavin and the team. Would highly recommend and would absolutely use again.

I have been using this firm of solicitors for the past 10 years for a variety of projects; buying, selling, remortgaging and other projects, as well as professional advice. They handle both small and large scale projects with the same professionalism. Their fees are hugely competitive and you get to speak to the people dealing with your project, not fobbed off to whoever may answer the phone like other firms. Gavin and Lorraine are a fantastic team and I wouldn't trust my affairs with anyone else.
