DV application
This review is for a different branch.
I honestly don’t even know where to begin. Before Mohammed came into the picture, my journey through this DV process was filled with nothing but pain, sleepless nights gripped by fear and uncertainty, and endless tears. It was the hardest decision of my life, one that would shape my future, yet I had so little control over it. I did everything I could—researched, sought advice from multiple firms, ranging from affordable to expensive.
I vividly remember my first meeting with Mohammed Hasnain, after my caseworker at Juno’s Women Aid advised me of Burton & Burton. I was carrying my whole life in a suitcase and had my dog by my side, not even knowing where I’d sleep that night after fleeing an abusive marriage. But from the moment we met, Mohammed showed me nothing but patience and kindness. He was so gentle with me, fully aware of how fragile I felt in that moment.
From day one until the very end, Mohammed’s dedication to my case never wavered. No matter what, I could always reach him, and he never hesitated to listen and offer support—even when he was in the hospital with his family. I’ll never forget what he told me: "Put all of this on my shoulder and don't worry about it." And he meant every word.
He handled every detail with absolute care—coordinating with agencies, ensuring my documents were submitted on time, keeping me informed about every possible option, and above all, reassuring me when my anxiety felt overwhelming. At every stage, Mohammed went above and beyond for me.
I’m beyond happy to say my application was approved, and I can honestly say that having Mohammed as my solicitor made all the difference in the world. While peace of mind is priceless, choosing him was easily the best decision I made. Mohammed Hasnain is a rare gem, and I would recommend him without hesitation. Burton and Burton are incredibly fortunate to have someone like him representing their firm.
