This case has been ongoing since 2019 and 6 years later I'm still being fobbed off. They've had inheritance monies sitting in their client account since then and not forthcoming on amounts. Lost all faith and trust in this firm.

Please don't use this firm. For the last 6 years they've been nothing but unhelpful, rude in not taking calls,emails, or responding to queries and evade straight queries. Please don't ever give them power of attorney as the last 6 years has been so hard and made our family's great loss a lot more painful.

We used Bartletts Solicitors in Chester for the purchase of our property. I was kept fully informed during the whole process in relation to the progress of my case. I felt that Mr K Mahmood went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase.. He was extremely courteous, polite, professional and made it so easy for me to deal with. I received first class service . He paid attention to every detail and communicated really well.
On the whole, my experience from start to finish was excellent; and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Would Highly recommend.
