Terrible service which didn't even get past the quote stage

I called Gamlins Solicitors Bangor nearly a week ago in order to get a quote for conveyancing. The lady on the phone took my details and said that no one was available to speak to me there and then, but that they would call me back as soon as possible. I'm still waiting for that call!
