I can not thank Patricia Dempsey highly enough for her help with the sale of my house. I did not know how much difference having a competent and supportive solicitor would make. My previous solicitor made no contact with me when I purchased the property and, furthermore, ‘allowed’ me to buy it with parts of the title deeds missing. Patricia immediately identified the problem and, moreover, provided a solution. Her professional commitment was also evident at every other stage of the process. She demonstrated an extensive knowledge of statue and case law and its application to my context, and communicated this to me throughout. In her approach, Patricia was warm, intuitive and empathetic. As I struggled with one aspect, outside her remit, she actually rang me to see how I was. Overall, selling my house was particularly challenging for me, coming at a difficult period in my life. Patricia made this phase so much easier and I consider myself very fortunate indeed to have found Iris Law Firm, and her within it.

Terrible, complete lack of communication cut off completely

Terrible experience, washed their hands of me as soon as the sale was completed after having multiple legal issues with the property. Tried multiple emails and phone calls to get in touch and received no response and couldn’t call my solicitor directly just the receptionist. Was told I’d receive call backs to which I received nothing. Would never recommend, do not choose this solicitors.
