Rude and unprofessional

Paid for their service after a false claim of assault. Solicitor Sarah Lish was so rude and unprofessional failing to reply to emails, hanging up when speaking on the phone and doing nothing apart from filing papers. Complained to John Nixon who started a text war at 8:30pm unhappy that I’d said his firm had not given the right advice. Again very unprofessional! Do not use this company if you are innocent and want defending, they will do the least amount they can and still take you money claiming to have done a great job.

EXCELLENT

The team at BBNM Law have been fantastic with our recent Legal issue. John Nixon has a vast knowledge of the laws and systems of the criminal justice procedure. John, together with Helen Sabiston, put together a team of experts including Tim Alderson (Crash Investigation Expert) and Peter Sabiston (Barrister). I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and expertise of each of them.

The importance of having such experienced representation cannot be overestimated.

Complete waste of time and money

I used this firm to represent me for a false charge of assault. I paid for my unpleasant experience with John Nixon. He is rude, a bully by his behaviour and treatment of myself. This firm did not represent me in any way, they just took my money and did nothing, no attempts to defend me correctly. I prepared and gathered lots of information only for it to be lost and not used. Avoid at all costs YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
