I highly recommend using Fiona Bruce solicitors for any legal work. In the last few years they have drawn up wills for me, prepared a Trust and, this week, given me expert guidance and advice on financial matters.

On each occasion the solicitor has been professional, courteous and patient. I have felt valued as a client and that my interests and priorities have been central to the relationship. All matters have been completed promptly and efficiently giving me confidence and peace of mind.

I really can’t praise Fiona Bruce solicitors enough for their discreet and sensitive approach to clients.

2024 Update on years of service Changing home after 35 years

My late wife and I have used Fionabruce for many years because of their excellent ethos which they put into practise and how comfortable we found them to work with. Indeed when I went into Fionabruce to sort out my wife's estate I took in a couple of my relatives to support me and they were so impressed that they used the company themselves. (The relatives live 150 miles from Warrington.)
Moving on to the latest order of business which is buying and selling houses in order to downsize and move to be nearer family. The new house is now registered in my name. Buying and selling property introduced me to different members of the firm who made sure that any delays in the process was not down to to me. They also made me well aware of and guided me to solutions for potential future problems.
Fionabruce have been a great help in difficylt times.

Amazing service and results from Rachael and her team. As a first time buyer (solo) I was unsure of a lot of things, but was guided and my interests were represented perfectly.

I was always kept up to date, and being a new process for myself, worried often, but even "pestering" or asking for information / help was never a problem.

I will always be a client here for any legal need if they provide it. My experience and trust in the people I dealt with was that great that I feel Rachael's peers in other specialities must also carry equivalent experience and knowledge.

Having used this practice before without hesitation we contacted them to act as conveyancer for the sale of our home. After accepting a written quotation our case was assigned to Rachael Latham who has been truly excellent.
All communication by email has been timely, in a consistent easy to understand format and any enquiries we have made have been dealt with promptly.
We have recently completed our sale and now that we have identified our next home, we contacted Fiona Bruce to act for us for our purchase. We were really pleased that our file has been passed to Rachael to deal with. In a very short time she has made speedy progress whilst maintaining great attention to detail coupled with the quality we had experienced previously.
I would totally recommend Fiona Bruce and if your task is assigned to Rachael to progress then you really are in safe hands.
