Firms representative was not a solicitor as I expected. The office where I had my appointment was not clean or professional. The office had a desk and 2 miss matched chairs for clients. There were no pictures, certificates etc on the walls or computers visible. My impression was that the small poorly equipped office had been hired cheaply for the afternoon. No name plaque outside with April King on. From the literature I received thought I was dealing with a professional company. After visiting their "Warrington office" I was left with the impression that I was dealing with a cheap skate organisation.

We had a video call with Paul, where we discussed our personal circumstances and Paul outlined our options. Within a couple of days new Wills and Power of Attorney forms were with us. Another video call a week later and everything was agreed and finalised. I couldn’t fault the service and speed of service and would totally recommend them.
