Feedback on Misbahur Rahman, Paralegal at Nayyars Solicitors
For the last two years, my case has been a complex and very acrimonious divorce with lots of twists and turns.
I engaged Nayyars Solicitors on and whilst things were progressing slowly, timelines to reach a final resolution of my case was nowhere in sight.
That is until Mishabur became took over the handling of my case. He very quickly came up to speed on my case and was my day to day contact. He leveraged all his legal knowledge, reaching out to external counsel and building up my case for a number of court hearings.
He proactively engaged with me and became my point person with external counsel, who is very methodical, demanding and focused on minute details of case. This meant, Mishabur was on speed dial and had to provide counsel with all the required information quickly and accurately. Working at the weekend, during the evenings and also when on leave – he was always on call for me, preparing bundles for the court and engaging with opposition solicitors.
He maintained professionalism and integrity throughout the process, exercising appropriate levels of due diligence and focused on the best outcome for his client (me). He went through all my costs and constructed a detailed breakdown for submission to court, resulting in me being successfully awarded a percentage of my costs on two separate occasions. He kept me fully informed throughout the process and took complete ownership of my case. He managed my case files and saw the process through to closure with a court order submission to the Judge with the Final Order being signed on December 2024
Misbahur is completely dedicated to his profession and ensuring the best possible outcome for his clients.
I have no doubt bigger things await Mishabur on his career path and he would be an absolute asset to any law firm.
