Victoria and the team were amazing from start to finish (more than I can say for the buyers' solicitors!). Victoria helped myself and my partner to negotiate our sale to completion. We exchanged and completed on the same day, as Victoria had dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's in advance to prevent any further delays. The buyers' solicitors were horrendous (I will also be reviewing them!); however, Victoria and the team made this as painless as possible, via regular updates and communication throughout the process. Will definitely be using Hartford Solicitors again for future properties we buy and sell.
