Victoria and Emilie dealt with my sale and purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole process was completed in 12 weeks - brilliant especially as I was selling a leasehold property. Victoria and Emilie are both efficient and professional, and I found Victoria in particular a pleasure to deal with as she made everything easy to understand and guided me through the process. Following completion Victoria went above and beyond to resolve problems I encountered with the state I found my new property in - thanks to her tenacity I didn’t need to worry and I felt in safe hands with Hart Ford. Nicola acted on my mum and dad's sale and I would not hesitate to recommend her. She is very knowledgeable and gets things done quickly and efficiently. Mum said she felt like Nicola was her personal solicitor. She granted every wish asked for and followed every instruction precisely.
