Never gave up

I instructed Sophie to act for me against a big corporation who broke a contract and knew I had a case but still had little hope. They never responded they broke rules and protocol but Sophie never gave up. It took over a year (due to their lack of response and game playing ) but they finally paid out due to Sophie never giving up on what they admitted was morally and legally wrong treatment.
