Thank you for all the assistance
I was very happy with the way things were handled. It was a difficult situation, as it was my mother-in-laws esstate and my wife passed away before the estate was finalised. Also I live in Scotland. However I felt that Olivia kept me in the loop all along via email, letters which explained things clearly, and the occasional phone where required. Thank you for all the assistance.
