I have a claim that is 2.5 years old. I have received almost no communication from Proximo and every time I phone they state they will progress the claim. This doesn't happen, a very poor service and I would avoid using their services

It's been over 2 years. Every time they say provide this, provide that.....even though I provided all my documents. They are delaying for no reason. Useless, I will never go ever with them & I suggest never go with them.

A really bad experience. I would not recommend them. It has been 15 months since my car accident and I’m still waiting on my settlement. I have been calling and emailing literally no one has helped me usually you get replay in a week or two. There seems to be a fundamental problems internally as they keep coming back with the same questions that I answered months ago. Before you commit to their services they call you like 10 times very promptly. Currently seeking help from the legal ombudsman and citizens advice. As there seems to be many negatives feedback lately
