I have used Jolliffes Solicitors for many years now in writing and updating my will and in the conveyancing of several properties and they have always dealt with by business in a courteous and efficient maner. They also dealt with the Estate of my late husband with kindness and consideration.

I found him to be very amenable and helpful in the unusual circumstances that occurred. He responded quickly which made things so much more efficient than I can say for some legal practices that I have come across.

We were quoted reasonable fees but we're charged for 2-3 hours time for the initial consultation works when we decided to cancel the service within 14 days refund period. We contacted several law firms regarding our matter and nobody charged us any fees for initially reviewing our case and providing potential options!! Furthermore, we were charged solicitor rates for basic admin work which should have been billed at secretary/admin rates.
