Came to Faisal looking for guidance over a Deposit Protection dispute with a previous Landlord. Once I got the initial information over to support the case there was very little I needed to do from there - Faisal was super helpful throughout the entire process and helped reach an outcome I was happy with, whenever I oooked for updates he was quick to respond, hopefully I will not need this kind of assistance in future but if I do I would not hesitate to work with Faisal again.

We were linked with Ask Legal by Tenancy Angels where Atif reviewed our claim.
Right from the beginning I felt well informed and knew the anticipated expectation at each stage. Atif understood our position and the reason for our claim and was able to gain a settlement without going through court.
I felt from the beginning Atif was on our side, we were copied into all emails and knew what was going on at each stage and knew the plans that would be following each stage depending on the outcome.
Our experience was really positive, and I would highly recommend. Before reaching out false allegations were made from the other party, in a bid to scare and intimidate us. There was no evidence supporting these claims, and we had evidence contradicting these. Atif had all he needed prior to approaching the other party and was able to dispute their false claims that were made in response. I really felt supported and looked after throughout the process.
