seems Edward Friend is bullying and harassing clients. seems he thinks if you enquire about a service you have bought it!!!
Even if the if the product is unsuitable or not needed, my opinion if this company has issues!

-considers clients as "cash Cows"...
would not trust this firm with emotionally vulnerable clients.

Edward has advised me on a number of property issues and transactions. He is very knowledgeable and his advice has been excellent throughout. Thoroughly recommend his services.

Disgusted and Distraught by the conduct and actions of Edward Friend.
Seems Mr Friend is of the opinion that if you enquire about a service then you have bought it!!!
And will endeavour to Bully and Harass you with demands for payment even if the service is not suitable or required!!!
Behaviour of Edward Friend has driven me to write this review and left me with an unnerving opinion there are issues with;
-mental health
-financial difficulties
-clients considered "cash cows"
None of which i would consider desirable when dealing with clients in emotionally vulnerable circumstances.
