We were purchasing a property as tenants in common I was a 90 percent owner and my partner was 10 percent they put it through as joint and when I found out they lied saying my partner told them to change it to joint. As solicitors would you not confirm this was okay with the other person, especially when they were the 90 percent partner, but no first I knew was after purchase went through.

Treated poorly and very rude. Told to go elsewhere

I dont normally put comments but do yourself a favour and dont allow Mr Morris to do your work. He was so rude and arrogant on the phone and told me to find another solicitor as plenty of people in Ammanford. He kept sighing all the time and said he had to time no to speak to me as he was busy. .Why answer if he had no time. He was not happy as I was changing the way I was funding to pay for a property. That is what they get paid for to do what the customer wants.
I rang up to complain and said how we all heard the conversation and could not get over how a qualified solicitor could behave this way. I decided to choose this company as they spoke welsh and local to me. What a mistake. I have know taken Mr Morris advice and found a professional solicitor in Ammanford. If I could have put a 0 I would have.
